These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all products offered by IANO Online Shop (hereinafter “IANO”). By using the IANO Online Shop, you accept the following terms and conditions unchanged and in full.

I. WARRANTY
IANO guarantees the buyer the music files in the highest possible quality. If an error occurs during the download which leads to the damage of one or more files, the buyer will be provided with a new download in the amount paid for.
2. DATA PROTECTION
The buyer’s personal data is destroyed at regular intervals and is therefore not collected. Unless the buyer creates a user account in the online shop. In no case does IANO pass the customer data on to third parties and treat all information as strictly confidential.
3. ORDERS
Every order that is placed via the IANO must be paid for directly and without invoicing. The common online payment methods are offered for this purpose.
4. DELIVERY
Immediately after the transaction has been concluded, the order is made available or delivered to the buyer in digital form by means of a download. There are no delivery zones and shipping costs as this online shop exclusively deals with digital products that do not require postage.
5. LIABILITY
If an error occurs during the download which leads to the damage of one or more files, the buyer will be provided with a new download in the amount paid for. IANO rejects any liability in the event of data damage or data loss that occurs after delivery. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the purchased product / data.
6. RETURNS
Since the products of IANO are purely digital products, a return and any resulting reimbursement is excluded. In the event of a wrong order by the buyer, a refund or an exchange is excluded, as the data is already with the buyer at this point in time. A control to protect against abuse is no longer possible for IANO at this stage. As a result, no refund can be guaranteed.
7. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
The place of jurisdiction is the court responsible for the place Grosshöchstetten, regional court Emmental-Oberaargau. This online shop is subject to Swiss law (OR).
